4. Event Organisers
Event organisers are solely responsible for:
- Event accuracy and delivery
- Event cancellations or changes
- Refund policies and communications
TixTango is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any event.
5. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
TixTango may charge service fees, which will be disclosed at checkout.
6. Data Use by Organisers
Organisers must:
- Use attendee data only for event-related purposes
- Comply with all applicable data protection laws
- Secure any exported data
Violation of these obligations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users and organisers must not:
- Engage in fraud or unlawful activity
- Misuse personal data
- Interfere with platform security or operations
8. Suspension & Termination
TixTango reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TixTango acts solely as a platform and shall not be liable for:
- Event cancellations or changes
- Organiser actions or omissions
- Losses beyond our reasonable control
10. Indemnification
Organisers agree to indemnify and hold TixTango harmless from claims arising from their events, data misuse, or policy violations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
