2. Organiser-Controlled Refunds

TixTango does not independently determine refund eligibility.
3. Cancelled or Postponed Events
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refund eligibility will be determined by the organiser. Where applicable, refunds will be processed according to the organiser’s stated policy.
4. Service Fees
